Why does my child get bullied for their mouth shape looking different, and how can myobrace help?

One of the reasons children’s mouth shape may look different is due to the lower jaw not sitting in the correct position, this can be due to reasons like the child breathing through their mouth, thumb sucking or swallowing incorrectly. The tongue is the strongest muscle in the body and if the tongue sits in an incorrect position while the jaw is forming it can force the lower jaw to sit too far back and the upper jaw to grow downwards and forwards rather than outwards as it should. Myobrace can help with early intervention by training the tongue to be in the correct position and through breathing exercises to help the jaw form in its correct position.
