Dr. Alex France, BDS (Otago)
People and problem solving are the two key factors that have contributed to my passion for the dental profession. I graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2016 from the University of Otago, New Zealand having previously grown up locally here in Auckland.
I have spent the last two years working in the Public sector as a Dental & Maxillofacial House Surgeon. Such experience has honed my skills in managing patients from all walks of life including those with complex medical conditions (cancer, organ transplants, immunocompromised, special needs) as well as those affected acutely by trauma and infection (broken and swollen faces). I am well rehearsed in emergency situations and have a special interest in surgical dental procedures.
I pride myself in providing oral health care of the highest and safest standards and value the relationships I build with patients and their families. I am a caring, approachable and hardworking dentist who enjoys most aspects in the field and aim to work with patients to address concerns, construct personalised treatment plans and create SMILES 🙂
Outside of work I am an exercise enthusiast and appreciate the summer months outdoors. On the weekend you will most likely find me exploring brunch spots and enjoying coffee and the company of family & friends.
I look forward to meeting you.
